VÈRV is an online-first fashion label based in Bangalore, currently serving customers across India. While we do not have an offline store at the moment, our collections are available exclusively through our website.
Orders & Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer two payment options for your convenience:
• Prepaid Orders – Pay securely online using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or net banking.
• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay a small advance amount online to confirm your order, and the remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
Customers who choose fully prepaid orders also receive a 5% discount as a small token of appreciation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
2. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions on our website are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure your payment information remains safe and protected.
3. What is Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Partial Cash on Delivery means you pay 20% of the order value in advance to confirm your order, while the remaining 80% can be paid at the time of delivery.
4. Why does VÈRV require an advance payment for COD orders?
At VÈRV, we try to operate in a thoughtful and sustainable way. Instead of stocking large volumes of imported styles, we bring in products based primarily on confirmed customer orders.
This approach helps us reduce unnecessary overstock, avoid waste, and continue introducing new global styles and trends more frequently.
The small advance payment simply helps us confirm genuine orders before we allocate stock, packaging, and logistics resources.
5. Is there an additional fee for Cash on Delivery?
Yes. A ₹150 COD handling fee is applicable for orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option.
This fee helps cover the additional logistics involved in handling cash payments, including collection and settlement by our delivery partners.
6. Is there any benefit for prepaid orders?
Yes. Customers who choose to pay the full amount online receive a flat 5% discount on their order.
Prepaid orders also allow us to process and dispatch orders faster while avoiding additional logistics charges.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this window, the order moves into processing with our suppliers and logistics partners, and changes or cancellations will not be possible.
8. Can I refuse the order at the time of delivery?
All COD orders are verified through a call or message before dispatch to ensure the customer is available to receive the order.
If a confirmed COD order is refused at delivery, the shipment will be returned and the 20% advance payment will be forfeited to cover shipping and logistics costs. No refunds or store credit will be issued in such cases.
9. What happens if the item becomes unavailable after I place the order?
In rare cases, a style may become unavailable due to supplier stock updates after the order is confirmed.
If this happens, the advance payment will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months, which can be used to purchase any other style available on our store.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you charge for shipping?
A ₹100 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹2499.
Orders above ₹2499 qualify for free standard shipping, where the shipping cost is covered by us.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed after confirmation and typically delivered within 12–15 business days.
This timeline allows us to carefully source and prepare your selected style before shipping. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp and/or SMS on the phone number provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking link to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery timeline.
For smooth communication regarding order confirmation, dispatch updates, and tracking details, we recommend providing a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number at checkout.
Sizing
1. Why do your sizes differ from typical Indian sizing?
Many of our styles are sourced from international and East Asian markets, where sizing tends to run slightly smaller than standard Indian sizes.
For clothing, we recommend choosing one size larger if you prefer a comfortable fit. Footwear follows standard international sizing.
