Return Policy
VERV accepts one time returns on clothing articles that you're not satisfied with your purchase.
Footwear is only available for size exchange. If the size is unavailable a credit note will be issued against the same value.
No returns are accepted on accessories, handbags, swimsuits & lingerie due to hygiene issue.
To be eligible for a return,
- · Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- · You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- · Any signs of usage may lead to decline of your return.
In case of any defects, we will require an opening video of the parcel as all articles undergo quality check before dispatch.
To start a return, you can contact us at labelverv@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Reverse pickup is also available at Rs 110/-
After successful return we issue a credit note/ gift card of the value equivalent to the price of the product- shipping cost of Rs 100 (excluding any discounts/shipping). The same is valid for 6 months for purchase on our website www.labelverv.com
We don't offer cash / online source refunds.
Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Slight colour/contrast issues won't be eligible for returns/exchange.
